I remember people always gave us shit in MeowMix and Vendetta when we were #1 on servers because we did literally 95% of all bosses in eslant, people used to start shit like this all the time.

Truth is, gm's would only do that if they want to lose their job or were hacked, every action they make is logged, you do know that...right? Not saying that GM's NEVER do it, but they don't do it for CLAN'S.

For two, a few people in the clan accepted them, including the leader. The leader formed the clan, hence he represents the clan. If you noticed, most of the flame is directed toward Via, and not Insanity. People are flaming him for his actions, not the clan as a whole. It is the clan members, Havok for example, trying so hard to back his clan up with BSes, when the facts were posted on the forum last week. You gain an unfair advantige over legit players. You yourself mention that items are "duped" which means thet Via and others that got them also knew they were duped, and therefor cheated. And dont dare giving me that bullshit anwer "if some1 gave u shar+8", u cannot presume other peoples actions or intentions, u can only guess and guessing isnt good enuf.

Lets look deeper into your post. Analogy. So using the "AIDS party", "and few ppl using dupe items" examples, alows me to make a deductive conclusion: If 3 person in a 8 person party use KOXP does that make all 8 KOXPer, or is that legit for other 5 ppl by your standards? Cause TOS says othervise.

obviously you know why he was banned. fill me in. oh and im not sure if anyone has noticed these posts yet. but as said before via accepted them and immediatly sent in tickets and pm's and msn's to the GM's to inspect them. therefor we were flamed / accused before via could find out if they were 100% legit or not. but the flaming got so bad the GM told via it was better off to just delete them.. but the GM only deleted the ones he had in his posession and Evil DID NOT give his up until he sold it
