For two, a few people in the clan accepted them, including the leader. The leader formed the clan, hence he represents the clan. If you noticed, most of the flame is directed toward Via, and not Insanity. People are flaming him for his actions, not the clan as a whole. It is the clan members, Havok for example, trying so hard to back his clan up with BSes, when the facts were posted on the forum last week. If u take and use Shard+8 from random person on server as old as Girakon ure not better / less guilty than the person that actually edited/duped or w/e it. Why? Simple. You gain an unfair advantige over legit players. You yourself mention that items are "duped" which means thet Via and others that got them also knew they were duped, and therefor cheated. Accepting items doesn't make you a cheater. I'd bet my left leg that if any one of you were in the same position you would take then items too. Where not talking about +7 chitins here +8 shards are hard to come by even on an older server. And whats the price of accepting them? Worst case they get wiped, oh well, not like you payed for it . You're analogy cannot compare to mine. This is real life versus a game. You can't get adds from being in a party with someone. Those 5 people wouldn't be koxpers but they'd be willing participants. Does this make them cheaters, yes. However it's not the same. The people in the party would be benefiting from the koxpers but the other people in insanity aren't benefiting from some members having duped items, it only tarnishes there reputation. Either way, you failed.

insanity should be treated like ANY CLAN that takes in injected items and uses gms to do bosses both of which we have proof of . If this was a new pressok type clan or ayosafiya or sultans (turkish) they would have already been banned from forums . WHY has insanity not been banned from ko4life ???? For some reason, I think Havoc has absolutely no idea what's going on in his clan (well, I assume he does have some idea, but probably not the truth, just some random shit fed to him) and is defending his clan for what he thinks he knows, but I'm willing to bet there's a lot of stuff going on behind his back he doesn't know about, or just hasn't confirmed yet, probably due to the fact that if anyone finds out (or rather, confirms the "opinion"), he'll probably rage-quit the clan, and bring a lot of people with him, which would essentially bring about a mass hysteria that nobody wants; as for now, I don't despise nor hate Havoc for what he says because he probably just doesn't know the truth - he's defending based on what he knows, which is essentially perfectly fine, but it'll come out sooner or later, and it'll be up to him to decide what to do then. There's a new topic about Insanity because, well, big stuff happens. You don't see many of the other Girakon clans having their leader banned for bug abuse, or having other Girakon clans being offered (and accepting, knowing they are duped) +8 duped items. (well offered, yes, but accepted, no)
