Login after loooong break and...

Hey guys (and girls),
I logged after looong break from KO and like 90% of my items gone. Also no money.

Dunno I got hacked or it is some bug?

Some not bad items left, if I got hacked I guess all would gone. I never shared my login/pw and I wasnt playing so kinda hard to hack me without some bug ingame I guess, pw was random digits and letters...

My account is so old that I not have gamerfirst account and can't even send ticket.

What can I do?

There is Item Restoration thing now , tell them to restore your items and maybe they'll restore even better ones

You probably got hacked by the "folk village hacker" same thing happened to me..

Change password, submit a ticket (include character name and all that) pm ticket number to Athenrye on official forums then wait D:

thats what i did and i got everything back

were your items sealed? i guess they werent.

it also happened to me, some things were stolen by default (money, trina) and other valuable ones were just left at my inn.

all of my gear was sealed and my krowaz was untouched

it was said that it was an automatic program... and it seems to be fixed now. apparently the database was in risk again aeueahuaehuae

the chinese did it

Elo Kalais , all people speak - someone hack me , someone stolen me item. I think its no hack its data base error. You are old player , you see beafore when KO restore stolen item ? i never see only now - why ? I think beacouse this is a KO mistake no hacker atack.

You have no clue. It was an automated hack run by several cafe owners.

G1 never released how they got the login info but I suspect the hackers got hold of an old copy of the database seeing as how it was mostly old accounts that didn't do password changes on a regular basis that were hit.

G1 used to restore items until idiots like Koopy faked getting hacked to get duplicates of their good gear, then sold both sets for real $$

Not sure if it's possible, but is there a chance of IP banning them? Or at least stop providing the whole cafe premium service to them now?

How do we know they won't get their hands on the new database?
