Its not about not receiving stuff its about having my account blocked and I cant play... Now it makes 25 hours that my account is blocked and I have no answer either on official forum or from custumer support. Thats the ''USKO STYLE'' reward for winning a contest I guess...

You should PM Enceno, Korlash and Athenrye on the official forums, specifying all relevant details - account name, server, event details/time etc.
Send the message again every 2-3 days, until one of them responds.

You might also want to open a support ticket and include its reference number in your PM to these people.

Yeah but im really pissed I consider that as a scam since I had bought many KC while events and they ban me for nothing appart killing the GM and give no support for it.

wasnt the best geared player around but Im still losing about 90GB worth of gear that I couldve resell + shitloads of KCs and my current premium... Plus de ROF that I was suppose to get so yeah.
