It just seems like they made a way to unify their ingame currenies between games. So now you can buy GP for KO but use it on say Sword of the New World. At least thats what it looks like

OMFG! Gold/silver prem now gives 800 g1 credits instead of 1000 kc....
This is how they adjusted prices:
1600 G1 CREDITS = 150 defense scroll
2000 g1 credits = magic bag
2400 g1 credits = pathos gloves
3200 g1 credits = gryphon helmet...
