    There's a thread @ cwest official forum. A mod said that according to Enceno there's a bug and they are trying to fix this. Like the restriction is lifted, no proxy or sth. I hope they set a new record @ fixing bugs. 2-3 years of cwest with HF and +10 items is not cool.

    OMG Turks coming?
    it has 2 sides good and bad
    the good is the server will come back active for sometime and we can get pk and some trades
    and kill noobs with +9s (turks) which dont know how to play(not all of them )
    the bad thing is there will be lots of dupes and +9s and +10s+koxp all the time

    k2 fucked up and messed up and blocked a bunch of randoms areas like canada, places in us, places u UK etc... they fixing the problem once it gets fixed turkey will be blocked again even tho i would be happy to have turkish ppl in cwest because of the activness of them. But cwest is starting to pick up anyways in activity .... wack tho cuz my ip is blocked and im in canada ...

    Yeah I am blocked aswell...

    on one hand the activity from them would be good but an increase of 5000000000000% in hacks wouldn't be so good lulz
