Rumor of Manes/Olympia Merge + New Server - November 15th 2018

I heard this over at kocuce.net (turkish forum). Any tips here if its true or just false hype? Either way curious to know since last server release was in the fall as well.

use the search bar, hit new server, this same rumor has happened 20 times in the last year

That is no secret that if a population of a server is low for a long period then, probably shortly there will be a merge of the servers.
However usually, before a marge, there is at least one survey on NTT forum about it. And then merge information about how a player should prepare their accounts (if you got full Inn Hostes on both servers, you going to lose items from one of them etc). So it won't just pop up.

I was curious about their thought process prior to the introduction of a new server release. Thanks !
