I'm looking to come back to KO know that steam has purchased it and I have a question. Does anybody know if/when they are releasing a new server. Wanted to save up and buy a gaming laptop and start fresh on a new server. That hasn't been out for awhile. OR is it better to just buy a lvl 80 char in a Cypher ring? Do those exist now adays in steamKO. I see all this new stuff that has been implemented in the game so I kind of wanted to play and level up an account from scratch to learn all the new shit implemented.? thoughts? opinions? ideas?

This game does'nt have the population to support new server; Just play on Cypher, it has the majority of english speakers.

The character seal ring isnt available yet.

No forecast for new servers, does not have enough players to fill them.

As our friend said above, start playing in Cypher.
You can reach level 80 in less than 1 month.

Servers are less than 3 months old. They are new. Hop on you won't be far behind.

Seriously, Cypher is still good. Most people have chitin+8 set and hit like little bitches.

Play Cypher if you want to play the most populated yet still young server. Or you can join this guy with his 5 friends on a dead server because they got butt hurt over chitin gloves +21 rev.

Cypher is the best server because it has more players.

so what there is one guy with +21? babashopers like that are only a few,and there will always be people like that,rich that don't care droping a lot of money to get top gear,but u can have fun without those crazy items for sure,i don't have much and i still get kills and alot of fun.

One guy with one +21 chitin gloves really does ruin the server. I mean, the bonus +24 strength is just terrifying.

On a more serious note:

- Most people running with +7/8 Raptor and Chitin 8 Set. Thats around 22GB
- More geared players have +1/+2 uniques, this is anywhere between 20GB-80GB depending on unique

You will do perfectly fine with +7 raptor, chitin 8, and olds. That's only around 20GBS (counting lvl 80 skill for warrior). Add another 10 GBS for Raptor 8.

dont get me wrong, items do help. but its not 100% of the game. ive played characters with dual rof+3 in old usko and ive played character with barely shells+8. Its all in your skills. One +10 item isnt goign to scare me away from a server. But when you had people np medal bugging and making +2 +3 accessories and +9 +10 weapons x 100000 . that killed a server. in my opinion. seems like everyone is liking the new steamko. once i get back from traveling i will be buying a gaming laptop and starting usko again as well as other games. cant wait. (tried to run ko on my fathers computer and it is terrible)

buy a dc premium go archer or bp and farm half trolls in 30days u can make ALOT gbs,then gear up,there is no easy way.
