Lost 4 shards +7 due to a rollback when pahos1 went down....

This morning i had 7 shards +7 which i bought for low prices in moradon this week .... I had them on my merchant character.

This morning i traded 3 on miaousssssss , logged off miaousssss and logged in again , traded the 4 left , and i went afk...

Someone told me p1 went down , and i have only 3 left on miaousssss and 0 on the merchant character ... pffff i hope i can get them back

PS : I just noticed that a shell pad +7 rogue is missing too .....
I've just sent a message to CS ... In hope they will answer

CS won't even answer. That's what happened to me when Xmas event patch was launched- i lost my +5/15dex gaunts and no answer still from CS <_<

sucks bro, happened to me 2x

first time i got rolledback with "similar weapons" +1 (Lost IB+8 and 2 pieces chit 8 on ares, got chitin +3 and IB+1/10)
second time i lost in maintenance, and they gave some response : (Hard to prove when server issues, so we cannot restore. Thanks for being a loyal customer!)

They werent duped , most likely they were bug-abused from presents.

its a bug with k2's 'maitenance' they know bout it they dont care i suggest all when u see notice tp to moradon to piana/luf and back and close ko before server dc's i think the wipe has to do something with taking ur items on / off prior to server dc probly
