Hey kanka, sorry to hear that happened. YOU CAN GET IT FIXED. But it will take a long time (1 month or more) Same thing happened to my brother and he had to spam tickets and eventually he submitted a complaint to the BBB.

My advice would be, send in support tickets, PM Linus, Peregrine, and try to get a hold of CaliMaestro on the official forums. KEEP BUGGING THEM. Every day try to get a hold of them. The support ticket will tell you to pm a GM, which u will have to try 5 or 6 times a day. (make sure u give the gm the ticket number). If after 2 weeks you dont get it resolved, send in a complaint to BBB and that might encourage them to hurry their asses.

Go onto the Knight Online Forums and PM "Calimaestro"

He fixes everrrrything within an hour if you PM him 8am-4pm CENTRAL..

HINT: It's best to send the PM when his status in his forum profile shows ONLINE, because it pops up directly to him
while he's surfing around.

He fixed one of my problems in 8 minutes once.. I was like DDAYUMMMMMMMM

Yep i had the same problem rollback of +-14h sended ticket and waiting for reply...should i be sceptic about that ?
