Cs doesnt drop.. Noone has gotten a cs from ultima yet cause they just dont drop.. caesar has done ultima 100+ times on edana n no cs yet

I've seen a lot of new people on Edana with CS lately, I thought for sure it was because of Ultima being buggged.

How are they all getting new CS's lately then?

Its impossible to say whether it drops or not, some gms say it does some gms say it doesnt, its best just to kill it yourself
I've killed SQ 100+ times and no IN so there is hope

Isiloon dont drop CS anymore either.

We have gotten the ONLY legit CS on olympia, after that isilioon stopped dropping CS.

They dont actually bug ultima like you would bug isloon. They tp there party to ultima without having the frags needed to get there. So the only bugging they're guilty of here is being too lazy to farm frags, and it got them all banned
