hello, im sending CS ticket cause i killed a Duke after i waited for servers to come up. i dropped a Ring of Courage and i was so happy, when suddenly i got DC.
i tried to log back in and i got " account in use" for 4 times.

at 5h time i managed to log back in and i find myself with no scrolls ( i put scrolls on for Duke) and my char standing back where i came from.
i checked the inventory and no roc :S

i feel deceived and cheated, since its my first own drop. all drops i gave to my clan (TheReapers) and when i get my own drop its gone.

i want to receive that roc which i lost for NO REASON .

1) Don't call yourself idiot even because a SS wouldn't help K2 do something.

2) IF U GET SOMETHING DON'T LOG OUT. Didn't you realize that the roc was rolledback because you got disconnected just after it was looted? If you don't want that happen again, after looting go to a safe (unlaggy) place and sit for several minutes without logging out.. That's the best way to prevent a rollback. Remember that there isn't anymore a /save feature.

If he would have logged out it could have possibly been saved. It was not a lag d/c, it happened on all servers at the same time, I was killing shaula, and got d/c, when I logged back on my scrolls were back in the pack as they was before. If was an actual rollback to all characters, then there would be nothing to do. Sorry bout ur RoC though, too bad k2 are all douchebags or you might actually get it back.

Then how could the roc have been saved if it was a general rollback?
Don't confuse that man.

And... suddenly logging out after looting something might end in an item rollback.
The more you stay with a looted item = the less chances of this item being deleted after log in.

However I agree that this man should try sending tickets to CS..

u were rolled back, all the data including roc's loot were erased from their database, so if they look at their database they'll not find it, that's IF they look, sad to hear that tho :\

I think sending the letter might have "saved" the item, as it get written into a different part of the database, causing a "save" of a kind. Just a guess... it might have worked. But then you'd only know to do this if you got a nice drop just before maintenance.
