    that npc closed because someones was taking that quest before lv80 with a cheat.

    This is rediculous fix it asap im 77 and dont want to wait to get it I burnt the first one going +4hahahhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah ahahahahahahahahahahahahah when it happened thats exactly what happend XD no trina but still all trinas after +3 to +6 at 80 then at 83 +7
