lvl cap?

Anyone know when its gonna be removed? cause pkin gets damn boring same cz same ppl u fight :< and xpin at 70.100 is depressing cause u dont gain xp if they cant remove the cap cant they atleast let us gain like 101% and just go up to 199% o_O
