    i sended cs ticket and asked they to change my sa, now the ticket is "Awaiting Customer Response" so i need prove more information but where hell is theyr response what information they need ?

    I think what they need are your payment details, like your click&buy info or the last 4 digits of your credit card number.

    have the same problem.

    K2 customer keep answering me like a fakkin Parrot....no matter what i write they just give me same answer that they need more info....sucks

    EDIT: yes they want payment details...im giving all i got...i dont have that 9 digit number they want....for each transcation..i atleast cant find it

    well i posted all information what they need... when i press button "Accept Response" i will get two new text areas another for commets and another for CC emails ? o.O

    i submitted a cs ticket 6 days ago and still i have no response
    k2 is no more usefull than a teapot made of chocolate.

    i always get a response last time i did it ( 3 days ago to change pw ) they responded in an hour and said i need my payment info i gave them it then 5 min later pw changed. and i change pw atleast once evry 2 weeks they always change it for me
