Mage question: 255mp vs 200mp damage

MP doesnt really effect your blade damage that much... but your skill damage its dmg is significantly reduced :/

i havent tested but i believe only the base MP stat is used to determine damage in PK, in PVM yes MP bonus items/armor make a difference but they shouldn't in PK otherwise i think mage would be WAYYYY overpowered. think of a level 83 mage with 255 base mp and (+75) or more (only factored in +8 armor bonus) PLUS the effect of flame rings +0/1/2/3. damage would be INSANELY high in pk. maybe testing is needed but im 90% sure the bonuses from items and armor that go to MP are essentially useless to PK
