from a quest which you can take at ur own nation's village.Cant remember the name of the quest but the mobs you need to kill to reach to Pathos's Messanger drops def armors.

monster supresion squad II drops chitins with weapon defens but is 45-50
monster supresion squad III drops tier 1 weapon defens and is 64+

Not true!
PL can be lvl 1-80.
There must be one lvl 45-50 in party to get party inside.
