torment dosent duff mobs * bettercheck ur stats and try again..

it can be bugged sometimes just like blizzard -_- if you played a mage you would know sometimes the blizzard delay is started but there's no actual "blizzard" (same as with any other lvl 45 skils/aoe skilsl) same thing could've happened with torment.

btw its easier to cast sleep carpet cause its area of effect is so huge, similar to provoke.

and torment does work on mobs kkthxbye.

im doing harpies every day, dms also from time to time,
im full duffer for ages, and i know when harpy or dm is tormented,
i know what dmg i can achive on thats mob, so dont talk bs that torment dont work on mobs. Its work, but u dont see animation, thats all !
