Merchanting is going to be disabled on server 1!

Riemann confirmed that merchanting will be disabled on server 1 to help get rid of queue times, he said it will most likely be changed during their next maintenance

That's great news

I'm sure there will be some inconveniences, like not being able to instantly sell chests to buying merchants, (or set up buying merchants to get chests after bdw/chaos) people can't merchant quest items in eslant, and in general having to swap servers to merchant will be somewhat annoying.

But overall it's a good thing.

This is really good news. Hopefully they come up with a more permanent solution, but this will help a lot. More people at CZ and Wars ect ect.

The thing is, pathos has been released now and the que on server 1 is really quite small.

What do you mean quite small? Ive just waited 280 ppl to enter c1? :P For me it hasnt changed with pathos.

Oh true yer right. I tried on prem account and it was 350 just now. That's quite wierd because I tried on non prem account just earlier and it was 100.

I think non prem users are not trying to get in to C1 anymore, since prem and non prem users have different queue it makes sense. Probably 100 queue for non prem user will take more than 3 hours as 300 queue for prem users is taking around 30 mins.

Is that proof enough? They said they'd disable wings and enable the premium swapping for Exp/DC and they did those things too, just because they're not the best company in the world doesn't mean they're liars that don't do anything good for us consumers.
