I didn't read the whole document since it's huge but it looks like K2 has been messing with M-games since 2003, not paying them royalties, messing with the game's code to let hackers control the game, editing items and selling them and much more stuff I haven't got to read.

will they permanently shut it down? or negotiate a transfer of information from k2 servers to mgame...

When I read that, I was like ok, that document is definately not fake.

so if mgame owns the servers, that means they own usko player info and if they are to knock out k2, theyll get control of usko and all info will be safe.
