It's not THAT easy. If they aren't going to sort this out outside of court, it will certainly take months if not a year or even more to settle the case.

K2 employees allegedly copied user and billing information while changing server passwords to lock Mgame out of its own servers.The alleged intrusion caused the game to blackout for several days and K2 had to offer discounts to appease customers who complained about their inability to access "Knight Online."

So this was the reason why k2 was down for 2 days like 2 week ago or so.

They won't just be like "MGAME won, give all to them, bye". Every single accusation has to be proven etc. and there are temporary/instant decisions, too. For example if MGAME feels the need to have them shutdown immediately (for loosing money or whatever reason), they could try to do so through court which would result in k2 shutting the servers down, this is just an example ofc.
None of us has any idea what's going to happen, guess we will see in the future.

It's funny though, everyone here knows k2 isn't legit but that whole situation is just ridiculous lol

Read and you'll find out. Mgame has requested the Court to shutdown K2 immediately / Remove K2s access to the gamefiles and servers, after that there will be more time to go through the entire accusation.
