this is true, but we must bear in mind that thanks to this fact (the fight between Mgame and K2) have not been any updates or error correction, and this ah been tapped by many players on all servers, and this apparently I think, Mgame was responsible for correcting these errors. For now we have to wait until 30 April.

im pretty sure even IF MGame does win, they will just license it off to another company, and they will restart USKO. They are allready making SO MUCH money off that game, and i dont think they want to loose all that income. But, if MGame does win, im hoping they delete all +10 / +9 and all the illegal stuff, then re-release the game to another company who gives a shit for stuff other than money.
