Mgame Is Sueing K2 Network

Not saying d3 is a bad game. But gw2 for me. where you can pvp to max lvl, gear doesn't matter, only skill and team work.

after so much time with ultra bad or just NON support from k2 i want try out what blizzard can offer now:P Also i played alot d1 and d2 in the past so i must at least try d3 ^^

Just for clear up, K2 won't close in the nearly future right?(cuz i don't think that the judgment will dure only a few weeks), and if they lose and mgames take the own of usko, there is a lil possibility to keep it (base data i mean) and just change the host? so in that case ppl will keep playing and wasting their money buying kc and mgames will get more $$.

Ps: I read that Mgame has requested to shutdown k2 asap, but once they win they might re-open the servers? or they can only start everything again?

Ps2: I personally don't care about this, but wanted to clear up this cuz there are already lot of ppl desperate to sell their acc's, gb's XD

I'm pretty sure the court can order K2 to close the servers in a short while, and also I'm pretty sure that M-games cannot open their servers before the trial is over. Not a lawyer though so...
I think the data of the people belongs to K2, not M-games so I don't know what will happen to that.

for one thing it will take about a month before it goes to court if it was just filed then probably another month or two with other things before it decided and if they settle our of court which means k2 pays mgame then nth will happen. The legal system takes forever they could drag it on for years if they wanted to that's why most settle out of court its cheaper than paying lawyers for these big cases.

Probably game will get shut down by the court. Also mgame can not reopen k2 servers. K2 has to win the case or deal with mgame. End of game pretty much.

Court can immediately want shut down of servers. This is what happens generally. Before even the trial starts.

If you remember a few months back we got a in-game popup that K2 will be sharing player information with mgame. May be mgame was preparing to launch servers on their own.

if i remember correct ppl play ko for fun, so in that case yes it is still worth playing lol.
