PUS items ...whats wrong ?

I bought pus items before 10 mins with all kc i had ...and when i try to put them in the mrchant i made it said - 'Sealed items cannot be traded" ?

You need to wait 48 hours before you can trade PUS items

u also have to be lvl 60+
