If you buy something from someone and it gets wiped then you can't just say that that person is a duper. Maybe he bought it off someone else? Maybe he accidentally used a duped scroll bought off a merchant? There can be many many explenations including K2 wiping randomly. You just can't say that the guy is a duper just cause something got wiped that you bought off him.
