Just wondering in the monster stone area if you use BDW Scroll 20% more exp do you get the exp bonus or is it capped?

On Euko you can use it and benefit from the bonus don't know about usko.

u get them from mining, well u turn in things that u get from mining to recieve them i believe. if im wrong my bad <3

and exp boost works in usko or euko in monster stone best to also wait for server boost get the maximum normally starts on usko thursday 5 hours before restart

no in the soccer stadium in moradon near kecoons

Soccor Uniform, Exp Gem, Valk Helm, Wings, Bdw Scrolls, Exp Prem at level 65 i get 670k each monster
