One thing that I can say is VERY NICE.
Before this expansion, when rogues used minor heal in parties, their party bar hp gauge would not change until they stopped minor healing. Now it updates it during minor, VERY FUCKING NICE. Now rogues can get good heals from priestsh34r:

2a. full patch (1453-to-1484) from rapidshare.com or filefront.com (and extract them to fresh installed KO folder),
2b. ...or download all patches 1by1 from here,
3. new moradon patch from here.
