Every server is 80% koxp 20% Legit,so just select a random server.
If you are premium go for Ionia,new server,obviously the most active.
If you are not premium go for C-West,you'll always be able to log in.But I doubt you'll find lots of Legit parties there...
I'd guess carnac west, when I played there I never had problems with cheaters, as to Ionia, much more populated, much less legit.
