    Can u seal items when u make new char at lvl 1?

    and if i make a new char now it says 3days bronze prem can i buy also gold prem right now if i make a new char?

    yes u can buy gold right away because its less then 5 days and for the sealing it should work it comes with gold pre and not lvl requirement
