MY account is bug on website

i go to website to change my password write my ID and Pass



then the site give me message saying welcome to knight online but my account wasn't opened still got the screen in top left ID AND PASSWORD

i opened my brother ID and it was opened normally

this bug only in my account
any one know why and how can i solve it

Just try again?
Probably u did the wrong password or ur account is closed(Inactive)

i would say to you send a ticket but they will not answer it ... so try to do the forgotten password
