My friend got hacked long time ago need some help

My friend, got hacked 1-2month ago, he have tried customer support and csrep but didnt get any response.

He lost:
- raptor +8/80
- dual we and 1 pe
- dual roc
- wp
- str 12/1 belt
- chitin parts +8/15str (boots,gaunts,pads,pauldron) and +7 helm

and some other items

If some1 can help or do something for him pls response.

And dont whine about wrong section, he really need help...

besides, after 7 days i believe, no more rollback. They dont back up more than 7 days.His name? Only one that can help you might be will.

Btw, he got strange rollback, little time ago. Inventory and inn rollbacked half, he got shit items back that he sold to npc couple days ago and the current items stayed on his inn. But all items on him didnt get rollbacked.

They can only do rollbacks up to a month in the database. Anything further then that nothing can be done.
