Because pro players dont rely on a buffer for exp... time is money... id rather scroll and start exping than wait 30 mins trying to find a buffer... besides if ur in CZ and ur all scrolled u stand a much better chance if humans come.

Those blasted humans. Scroll 4L. I never use them but the concept is good.

EDIT: I think he might be referring to the actual 30% EXP increase scroll though, either way it doesn't matter, both are cool in my book.
