Clever by getting peoples hopes up. When they try this again, no one will buy jack shit. I think this type of thing hurts KO because it really show just how completely out of touch they are with their CUSTOMERS. Buy $40 worth of KC and get a +6 STR belt, give me a break.

I bought 500kc and got a scroll and its discreption is. "Gives you 15% experiance points on use"

Used it and went from 30% to 45%.
