they renabled it so turks would hurry up and buy a shit load of NCS so they could start 2 try and dupe, then disable them so they could make profit :P lol its as easy as that, K2 will stop at nothing, but 2 try and make as MUCH money off of us as possible, like the whole gryphon armor, they make 1.2k more KC every 6 months, cuz they shortened the time on gryphon armro which is bullshit, dunno, but they disabled them cuz they prolly didn't fix the duping bug would be my guess
no they enabled it so the people who bugged border defense could ncs
