A lot of features in this game were unintended. I.E. combo.

Correct me if I am wrong: They disabled the system due to sevarel "dupe methods" regarding those NCS's. So untill they fix the issue (now guess how long K2 needs to fix bugs...) you have to accept your name as it is

(This means that the whole NC system is down and even current scrolls in flow are iced. Simply by switching off the NPC that enables the table edit)

most of the name change scrolls were using by scammers etc
so i hope they will never back what can't happen
