are you being serious?
I just used a NCS not too long ago and thought it was bugged at first as well.
However, It does take 48 hours from the time you buy it from pus for you to be able to use it.
Like everything else, they fail to mention that.
its not bugged , the first 20 times i was trying to pick up a name and somehow i thought it was bugged tried like 5 times more and in the 26th time finally worked , just keep trying it ll work
