i think that if k2 will realy want to punish this ppl they can find out who are they even after name change.. but hi lets not fool ourselfs this is k2 they wont put any work by punish them... so i guess the name changers will get clean from it

Back to english: I think it shouldn't be a problem to find those bastards, even if they changed their names. They only have to check, who was gaining extreme amount of exp in the last few days/weeks. The name won't be matter.
And for the items: all lvl 70 items that's grade is higher than +6 should be deleted (or delet all and let ppl pick the quest up again). And the one who's got more than one of them... well... let him burn... :angry:
