im a mini warrior and have 70 points @ dex, if i nation transfer does 10 points go to str?

Yeah becuase theres only one warrior class on Karus so when you nation transfer you will have stats/skills reset and you will get the 10 stat points back andnot sure on the dex stat points

what does it have to do with restarts, its about the points ur char have when u open it at level 1

i think its liek this.... when you transfer you keep your stats like you had before.. (so the 10 at dex)
but when you restat as orc warrior later you lose those... IM NOT SURE :P

When I got nation x-fered...I didn't get my 70 dex. Everything was restated for me i just had to put the stats back in and i had 10 more points which I pu tin STR.
