NationTransfer status - wtf?

sorry if wrong section.
anyways 2+ days ago i decided to nation transfer, i read it takes between a day to a week, ok so i waited.
people said it always takes a day, but ok they do write it might take a week.
but now when i get into Power up store i notice something strange.
it writes "NationTransfer status : Ready" , so i thought yeepy maybe if i log out and log in it'll change my nation.
it didn't, so whats this sentence about?

click the "Nation Transfer" link on your My KOL. It will give you a Transfering screen, in a few seconds it will say either Transfer Complete or Transfer Failed. Then log into KO and your the other nation

login to your account on the site, go to mykol then click transfer, but be sure to be logged out of the actual game
