Cape Quest Bugg

Be careful doing cape quest ... there is a bugg that allows someone not in party to steal the loot.... some turk just owned us....

its not a bug.
This happens since cape begins
anyone can loot it.

its not old... this is since 1st KO started... prolly, to able leader to loot brain, when clan was doin KQ with ~4 parties (coz there wasnt so strong ppl and clans long time ago - at last dupers and babashopers, and u needed more than about 2 warriors and 2 priests to do it)

I would personally like to thank AMWAY, a POS orc mage for looting our box twice. And there may be some kind of bug involved here because he did it while he was dead.
