is not only about the posts...u need also to have this user 3 months at least..something like that

ive had this account a long time but never rly knew why i culdnt post >.>
haha, making posts is not that easy, well not for me.
if you write nonsense stuff, u might get banned(as they told me), if you you don't write anything, u don't get your 50 posts required.
