Need Someone's IP for VNP [[MUST BE IN EUROPE]]

I'm looking for someone who has their Computer online 24.7 and who can let me use their IP address so I can setup a VPN...I really want to go to East server but I need someone who has their computer on 24.7 and can lend me this and someone who lives in Europe [Not including France + England]

The server is 12 hours out and look to the bars on West. Server 2 has green bars.

since when did i say that?all the idiots/noobs wanted no turks,thats exactly why k2 made 2 diff servers..Now look a west,its a desert...no1 playing there,how fun is that?
