oooo i got an idea (might hav been said already)

we should hav in-game gms who run around the maps of elmo and karus.
their trade, party and letters disabled so they cannot make any kind of contact with players apart from pm's or chat. so all they basically do is read pm's and run to wherever there is koxp then they can ban them on the spot.
