i heard that you can upgrade past +10 with this bug, but if you do your grandmas dogs aunt may die of herpes in teh next 10-20 months, but only if its birthday is in an odd numbered month.

Nope this is a new macro program that lets you use the anvil, inn hosttest, sundries, or any other npc anywhere any location.
There is a video of this on Youtube I cant remeber the name of the program though.

thats not true they can only open some ncps

and yeah people are abusing now a new anvil bug is the lag bug u can make anything +8 or +9 with 100% success

ppl started to use macro on anvil . its just upgrading lot of stuff one by one. thats all.
its not giving higher chance.
and another macro lets u use anvil whereever u want. So its normal to see so much lights on it when there are no ppl around.
