new bug or what?

today i saw quests r enabled again and i went to estland to do a quest and the guy says i cannot do any of the quests cause i'm too low lvl (im lvl 62 and 95%) to other quests in luferson they say i cannot do a quests cause i have to finish my monsterrhunt but i havent acceptet any quest.....
whats that?

when was a new patch? i started game and no new patch was downloading.....

file was so small that u couldnt notice download even... well i just logged and did a nub quest.... all workin fine

1) try log off and log in back...
2) then try take a quest again...

if not works, make sure uthat havent any quest taked already ? press F10 and check it

u can post a SS when u tryin get a quest, and a SS of quest list (F10) maybe it will be easier to help ya
