Supposedly, charlie can talk just fine, he just chooses that retarded personality when hes on the forums for some reason. Also, me and schrotti looked up where he lived via IRC and matched it to where Charlie lived from the information Devile and Festo gathed. One of charlies emails he had used for scamming in the past was [email protected] and finally, when he added schrotti to msn it came up as "peroxide111".

Too much of a coincidence imo.
