do non prem users get "jumped"?

like if u have prem and ur 500th in queue, and numbers 500 to 450 dont have prem, will you auto jump to 449? if so, isn't it pretty much impossible for non-prem users to logg in?

non prem users have to queue for server spots; prem users have reserved slots from what it seems, so they're in two different queues i believe, could be wrong

i havent been playing ko for a long time so i started at steamko but is there any queue for prem users too?

The server would have to reach absolute maximum capacity, and even then I think there's some hidden function that dc's non-prem players whenever a premmyboy wants to login.
