    i just need help fast , sorry if i wrong about section.

    Can somebody tell me why when i try to seal he say

    Invaild Citizen Registry Number.

    Sorry if its bug or something , i just new about seal items .

    Oh alright then , i share account so i dont want ask my frined for secret answer , cuz if he will get hack , he can blame me, tnx btw.
