It's a game that I believe is from an NPC, but a recent 3rd party tool has allowed players to use it anywhere in the nation.
It costs 5000 coins to play:
1. Win double your coins
2. Lose your 5000 coins
3. Draw, get 5000 coins back.
Are you sure?? I've never heard of or seen this NPC and i've been playing KO for several years

There is no NPC for this, koxpers are able to abuse it though, or sometimes its a bored GM.
