need to be a california resident to file a complaint with the cdca try just contacting the bbb period tho say u made the name before they made this new rule and prior to the new rule they were supposed to change name . i know k2 dont fuck with bbb nemore they gave up as far as i know but once in awhile u get some gms through the bbb

regardless of watever u guys think of if someone who lives in california goes right now and files a complaint with the bbb about there name being made before the sla/tos and they want a gm to provide a name change free of charge . k2 ignores it or replys to it and does nothing , when / if that account is banned the users who resides in california can contact the cali department of consumer affairs and they will then give k2 2 buisness days to reply via fax/telephone/snailmail if they do not cdca will take legal action . this is no bs look up the laws for interent companys in california k2 is based outta cali .

oh and fyi since the installer is hosted elsewhere then there site where there tos is im willing to beat the tos on the installer hasn't even update so yeah theres a whole nother case right THURRR

u do realize this change was posted on their official website as an official update to their policies, right? by ANY law standards thats as official as its gonna get...they gave a fair warning for peolpe to go out and buy ncs for igc if they didnt have usd$ before they start actually banning

well the blackmail is somewhat true, they arent blackmailing, and technically enforcing the rules, but with all this shit they dotn enfore that is 1000000x mor eimportant it seems that they only enforce rules that gets them money. And for the amount of CS that they give, I see only 2 reasons for this beign enforced:money of turks whining.

u fail to realize that theres not much k2 CAN do...k2 cannot make patches for the game that effect the mechanics of the game...that all has to be done by mgames so while u all bitch about duping all k2 can do is sit on their hands waiting for a patch from mgames...if that patch doesnt come for months guess what? we dont get a patch for months

only thing k2 can do is make patches that effect the PUS, ban/mute/etc people, and hold gm events

so as far as what k2 can do or cant do theyre pretty much up to snuff...sure they could be faster to banning dupers but thats another story...go make a topic about that if u wish, but this topic is pointless
